Ideally, after opting for the paid version, you get better leads. But that also depends on the information provided. I would suggest you add clear photos and videos if possible (try getting the apartment clean and tidy so it looks appealing).
You can also add an interesting description as I mentioned that my apartment was near to a beautiful lake and it could be seen from the balcony. Also, there is an international school 2-3 blocks away from the apartment, so I added that as well. I lowered the rental value a little and I actually got a tenant.
