If you are looking for rental as well as capital appreciation quickly then Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway is a better choice. Currently the property rates here are around Rs. 7389/sq ft (varies from 5500-11000/sq ft). Speaking about the rent, you can expect 12-15K per month for a 2 BHK apartment.
Whereas, as mentioned before, Noida Expressway is an emerging spot for investment. The rates are comparatively low. The property rates near Noida Expressway is around 6671/sq ft. Also, the area is not very well-developed as Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway, so the rent will also be lower. However, many real estate experts believe that the rates would boom in this location.
