Nikhil, I live in a society in Sarjapur in Bangalore and we have Hood here. I’d say it is pretty good, does the job for most of the part. Like the management part for visitor entry, raising complaints and all is smooth. I recently started paying maintenance through the app and that is also a good feature that I like. They have this domestic staff management thing also which turns out useful. Overall, good, you can consider it for your society in my view.

I have been seeing NoBroker’s Hood like in many societies now. Earlier it used to be MyGate but Hood has pretty much taken over a lot of societies, so seeing that when our society formed last month and we were looking to get a management software, we went with Hood and it is pretty impressive thus far. Not many issues with managing accounts, billing, staff and all.
