According to my research, the Nirlon CHS in Goregaon West is a RERA-registered project and the RERA IDs that are assigned to this project are P51800029048, and P51800011447. Hence, I believe the project is legit as it is authorised by RERA. However, I’d like to say that you should personally visit the project and do your due diligence before investing in this project.
