Hi!
It is quite easy to rent out a property online. I recently rented out a 2 BHK flat located in Whitefield through nobroker.com as I did not want to hire an agent or a broker. All I did was post the property ad for rent on the website. While posting the ad to rent a flat, I made sure to include these points:
- I mentioned the information about the apartments which included apartment type (2 BHK flat); Apartment Name; Floor; How old my house was; built-up area and the locality.
- I also listed the cost (rent) for the apartment; as I was willing to negotiate, I mentioned that as well; security/deposit amount and the maintenance charges.
- Along with that, I mentioned the furnishing of the house. It was a furnished apartment so the rent was slightly higher.
- I included the facilities and amenities like covered parking, swimming pool, gym and clubhouse.
- Apart from that, I also mentioned the availability and whom this apartment is suitable for eg. bachelors or families. My property was open to all so I mentioned ‘anyone’.
