Their systems use algorithms to check every payment and halt the transaction if it does not appear to be a real transfer of rent from renter to landlord. In these circumstances, you must upload a current rental agreement. This guarantees that the system is not being abused to fraudulently transfer funds from a credit card to a bank statement.
