It is very important to get your property name included in MHADA as soon as possible. MHADA stands for Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority and being included there you can enjoy several schemes. You will need to obtain the MHADA certificate and for it, you have to pay about Rs 35,000.

The buyer’s name must be on the agreement of sale and the property must be registered in his name after the buyer’s stamp duty and registration fees have been paid. Then just notify Mhada and get your certificate from them.
