Hello. If your AC is showing the H11 error code, there are some things you can do to fix it. I too have a Panasonic AC and saw the error code a few days back. Here are some fixes you can try:
Check the communication wire to ensure there is no connection between in and outdoor units.
Check for indoor and outdoor PCB faults.
Check the refrigerant.
