In order to get your name corrected in the GHMC Tax Portal, you will have to submit an application or the same to the CSC or to the concerned Deputy Commissioner. I recently got my name changed via the GHMC portal since I bought a new house and had to change the name of the builder of the property to my name. I took the help from the following answer.
