Hi, I understand your situation as I have also faced a situation where my EMI deducted twice. I took out a loan from Axis Bank a while back, and this has happened to me as well. To resolve the issue, I got in touch with the bank through their phone number.
After that, they asked me to send them a copy of my bank statement showing the excess EMI deduction. So, I had to visit my nearest Axis Bank with a photo ID proof. And that was it. Later, I also learned that the same can be carried out through email as well. If you plan on using your email, ensure that you use your registered email ID. Once this is done, the bank officials will review your case and will most likely revert back the EMI payment. Hope this helps.
