Q.

My landlord has asked to vacate the property as his relatives wants to use this house and he is giving me 3 months time to vacate which is fair, but the agreement is valid till March 2023 and he is asking to leave by December 2022 where in this will affect my kids school. Is there a rule to avoid this.

Yes, it can be avoided. You may seek help from an advocate to issue a legal notice against the owner. He cannot ask you to vacate you before the agreement ends unless there is some valid ground.
