My grandfather kept a registered will in early 90's, when he very old. The will states that my father and his wifes can eitile the land till their life time after which it get transferred to male legal heirs. But when I was minor my father, my brother and mothers sold the land. Onbehalf me my father signed in sale deed along with with his wives. It get sold 8 years back and now I am 24. Can you guide me how i claim the sales deed invalid or claim the property now. Thanks
