According to the relevant laws, if a woman has died without a will, her properties will be distributed according to the heirs classes, in order of preference:
Firstly to sons and daughters, including children of any pre-deceased son or daughter, and the husband;
Next, to the heirs of the husband;
Then, to the mother and the father of the deceased;
Next, to the heirs of the father of the deceased; and
Finally, to the heirs of the mother of the deceased.
Therefore, in this case, it is irrelevant who takes care of the parents’ or who stays with them. Her properties will be distributed to all the children and the husband equally.

My father purchased land and registered our residence in my mother's name. Unfortunately, my mother died without preparing a Will. I have two younger brothers and a sister who are all abroad. My father is staying with me and I have been taking care of my parents for the last 25 years. Who all will have a share in this property. Please advise.
