According to the Co-operative Housing Society (CHS) bye-laws, a Power of Attorney (POA) holder cannot attend the society’s General Body Meeting
. However, if the POA is duly registered under the Registration Act and has a specific clause giving the POA holder the right to attend the meeting, then the society has no right to stop the POA holder from attending the meeting.
