For Mutation of gift deed in e khata in gram panchayat, you need to get Form 9 if you have an agricultural property and if you have a non-agricultural property you need Form 11. To get these forms you need to visit the e-swathu website. You need to login to the website, enter all the relevant information and then you need to forward the form to the gram panchayat secretary. The gram panchayat secretary will verify details and forward the form to PDO. After this everything will be approved and verified by the PDO.
