I live in the district of Telangana and this is how I have obtained my mutation certificate:
Go to the cdma Telangana website:
https://cdma.telangana.gov.in/SelfMutation
Select the ULB name from the drop-down menu.
Fill in the Unique Mutation Number/ request Number
Tap on the download certificate button.
You can download the certificate and print it out for the future purpose.
You can apply for mutation of the property when you are doing the property registration in the Registration and Stamp Department. Along with the demand draft you need to pay the mutation fee.
