Submit the form
Once the form is submitted, you will get an SMS with details regarding your Application ID
Once, this ID is verified by concerned authority
You will get a SMS with the payment link for mutation fee.
Pay the required fee amount via netbankingThe mutation process is completed.
You can check the newly mutated document with your application ID.
