MHADA lottery system also known as Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority Lottery which aims to provide affordable housing to the four sections of the Maharashtra population, EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG. This year MHADA is expected to announce the MMR region in upcoming weeks for 7500 housing units.
The latest update from MHADA 2021 is that the Pune Lottery Board has closed the application process on June 13, 2021. The application period was extended by a month due to the COVID 19 Pandemic.
