Have you tried adding more pictures of your property? Or better, 1 or 2 videos in addition to the photos? I too was facing a similar issue, then I added 2 videos: one the interior of the property and another was the exterior of the property (Don’t forget to get the flat clean and tidy. Tenants will not even contact you if the property is messy).
Another thing I did was lowered the rental price and mentioned that it is negotiable. This was the deal breaker as I actually got a few calls within a week’s time.
