I've been living in Mapsko Mount Ville for more than six months and I'm glad I chose to rent this opulent home. I am soon going to buy a flat here because I feel that

Mapsko Mount Ville price is really justified for the space that it offers. Being the owner of this amazing residence will make me very happy.

I really love the campus of the property which hosts a very clean and lush environment. Also, I think Mapsko Mount Ville resale value will be quite high in the coming years because the prices have only been rising here every quarter. 

But I should also tell you that there is an issue with road connectivity here. This project is very far from the main part of Gurgaon. Other than that there are no such issues here and I love living here.

Mapsko Mount Ville construction update is ready to move and after a seven-month stay here, I came to realise the reality. A selfish and autocratic builder, like all other builders. They recently charged us in error for Common Area Energy on our AARU App (electricity and other charges society app), despite the fact that we had already sent them multiple emails to remedy errors in the invoice.

I had just begun to live in a society, thus I was unaware of a number of problems like CAE, CAM breakup, etc.

Currently, we are unsure even if the builder is paying electricity fees to DHBVN, which could result in a future where the society is burdened with significant electrical debt. Mapsko Mountville is located in a relatively remote area and I think it is currently unsuitable for habitation. But I am also hoping it will change over time as more people move there. Since it is far from the main Gurgaon area, daily necessities are a major problem. Although the builder has done a good job with the facilities and clubhouse, I believe that the smaller apartments, like those that are 1490 square feet, are expensive given current prices. A friend of mine bought a house in the project. She told me about the luxury and brilliance of the apartments there. Located in sector-79, Gurugram, offers 3-4 BHK luxury apartments in Gurgaon. I would like to begin my Mapsko Mount Ville review by saying Mapsko MountVille is a RERA registered project. Phase 1 of the project is ready to move whereas phase 2 is under construction. The Mountville 3 BHK, 4 BHK premium hill view apartments The 3 BHK is sized at 1490- 1620 Sq-ft and the sale price is ₹ 86 Lac - ₹ 1.10 Cr. On the other hand, The 4 BHK is sized at 2710 Sq-ft and the sale price is ₹ 1.65 Cr - ₹ 1.94 Cr.

I have done some research about the Mapsko Mount ville review. The project is located in sector-79, Gurugram. It is connected to the rest of the city via NH-48. Further, it is  connected with Sector 79, Sohna Road, and Golf Course Extension Road. In terms of public transport,  the nearest Railway station from the locality is Gurgaon Railway Station and the International Airport is a short 30 km drive away.

Impressive schools and medical care like Broadways International School, Jhankar Senior Secondary School, MatriKiran High School, Premio Medical Clinic, Spectra Clinic, Care Ocity Multi Speciality Clinic, Sapphire 83 Mall, and Vatika Town Square, are in close vicinity.
