Initially, I was assured that the apartment will be assigned based on my preferences. I was provided with regular Lotus Panache project updates. But they broke their commitment, after launching the project over three months later and receiving positive feedback. They suggested either a larger or higher-story (20th) apartment for me (2200 sq ft) which was definitely not my preference. They informed me that it would take two months when I asked them to refund my money because they were unable to keep their promise. I've been waiting for my reimbursement for more than 9 months now.

Beware of contractors who won't bother to respond after you give them your hard-earned money. This is just one of the Lotus Panache complaints that you are learning about. There may be many more such exploited customers.

I bought a flat here last year and trust me it was my best decision ever. When I invested in this property the 3C Lotus Panache construction status was under construction. However, I must tell you that the 3C Lotus Panache possession date is Dec 2022, so as you can make out, the construction is now complete. 

You must have already read the reviews about the amenities and the amazing locality. Well, let me just tell you that all of it is just as true as it can be. Every amenity is taken care of by the maintenance staff. What I also love is the Lotus Panache floor plan. They had been offering 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments within the price range of ₹53 lacs to ₹1.65 crores and within the area range of 988 sq. ft. to 2587 sq. ft. It is also perfect for middle-class families looking for spacious homes.

Even if you wish to put your property for resale here, I believe you can get a very reasonable price for it because the 3C Lotus Panache resale price ranges between ₹1 to ₹1.8 crores.

However, I had a great experience while buying my dream home here and I am currently having an even better experience while staying here.
