My sister stays in the Lodha Amara project. I visited her last weekend and I discovered that it is like a huge residential township. However, I discovered that despite the size of the complex, the quality is terrible. Everywhere in the kitchen platform and bathroom, they have installed hollow tiles. My sister claimed these points after taking possession and filed a complaint, but the builder is merely disputing it. The only period of time that tiles have a functional warranty is one year. LODHA AMARA Thane , Building internal construction is too bad every flat has leakges, bathroom ceiling falling down and so many case around here, so my question is are there any other problems over there?
