Just bought for 4 BHK in this property and I can say the overall society is focused on offering luxury. It is in a good neighbourhood with lots of amenities. There’s a skate park, yoga deck, pool deck, multipurpose court, mini theatre, library, tennis court and more. The carpet area is the only thing which I feel could’ve been a bit more spacious. The area is around 1900 sq. ft. for the property we’ve bought.

So we recently went to see the 3 BHK in L&T Elara Celestia. This is a luxurious property on Bellary Road, close to the GKVK forest with a decent connectivity to Hebbal. Now although the area is pretty good to live in, with the airport said to be 30 minutes from here, the traffic situation is bad with noise around. So we are still thinking about this and looking at other options.
