If a property has two or more joint owners, all the owners have their own rights over the property. Moreover, if one of the owners decide to sell out the property, he can either transfer his share of ownership in the name of the other person but cannot sell the whole property. To sell out the whole property all together, NOC duly signed must be issued by all the owners of the property compulsorily.
