1) Sikh, Jain, Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain women

The wife and the kids each receive an equal share of the husband's possessions. The property rights of widowed women are the same as those of their children when it comes to their late husbands. Divorced women will not have any claim to the past husband's property once divorce and care are resolved, despite the fact that their children will.

2) Muslim women are entitled to 1/4 of the husband's portion if they have no children and 1/8 of it if they have.

3) If they have children, Christian, Parisian, and Jewish women receive a third of the deceased husband's estate. If they don't, they receive half of the estate.
