The details regarding BU permission for a property are not available online. So, I would suggest you get in touch with the builder of the property for the same.
It was determined that software will be developed to post the relevant information on the AMC website. This was done to ensure that common folk could obtain the data on the plan, project registration, and BU authorisation before and project registration in addition to BU authorization before deciding on a property.
It was decided to finish developing this software in a month. Although the resolution had received approval from the TP committee as well, it was sent back and forth between the TDO and e-governance divisions of the AMC, and no decision was made regarding its implementation for a whole year.
All building plans and BU approvals should be disclosed by AMC online. This is necessary. The general public can learn about illegal construction if these facts are available to the public.
However, the civic government is hesitant to publish such information online because doing so might alert the public to the unauthorised building. In reality, this data is not published online in order to hide corruption. If the authority wishes to, it is not tough to disclose the data online.
