Decent enough I would say. If you aren’t finding any tenants the option can be explored. You do start getting tenant contacts is where I see this being helpful. But yes their RM performance, who they send to manage your plan need to get a little better at finding the right tenants.

I took the No Broker relax plan about 23 months back when I was looking to rent out my home in Bangalore after my previous tenant left all of a sudden. I would say it is pretty fine in saving time and effort. They have a person like a relationship manager or something, who does the thing of advertising the property and connecting the tenants with the landlord. You can give it a try it did work for me.

I think the good part about getting this plan is the speed at which you get tenant contacts. They give you tenant contacts who reach out to you and you can then take it forward. But yes, sometimes the profiles can be ones that we as a landlord aren’t looking for so that needs to be looked into. Rest I had a good experience, found a tenant through the plan.
