Bhoomi Acres L Wing by VR group is safe to book. It is RERA registered and it's RERA registration number is P51700020184. The project has clear titles. VR builder is reputed and all their construction is per the rules and regulations laid down by the statutory.
2BHK flats in Bhoomi are 570-725 sq ft in size but the construction is such that they seem spacious. I've heard the construction quality of the project is decent. Lot of good amenities are available e.g: fire protection & safety requirements, Storm Water drains, sewage water treatment and disposal, water supply, open parking, street lighting, landscaping, footpaths, banquet halls etc.
Location of Bhoomi acres Wing L is in Ghodbunder road, Thane, which is the hotspot for real estate investment and might see a good appreciation in property prices in the near future. Waghbil Naka, Hiranandani Estate are all close by, many international schools, reputed hospitals are in close vicinity. Ghodbunder Road connects with Easterns and Western Expressway and good access to the rest of the city.
As far as the L wing is concerned, it is under construction and will be available for possession from December 2021 onwards.
