I am looking to invest in a good property, and while researching, I came across Prestige Southern Star. I think investing here is a good opportunity to gain better ROI. What stood out to me was its strong location and excellent connectivity. It is close to major areas like 

1. Singasandra Metro Station is only 3 km away

2. Hulimavu Metro Station is 4 km away

3. Electronic City is 5 km away, 

4. Koramangala is 6.6 km, 

5. JP Nagar is 5.4 km

6. Jayanagar is 7 km away. 

7. The airport is about 46 km away.

The presence of ready-to-move-in homes in the area and ongoing development increases rental demand and resale value, making it a smart option for future returns.

Prestige Southern Star in Akshayanagar is a large township spread across 35 acres, and I was impressed by the spacious layout and abundant greenery. The project offers thoughtfully designed 1 BHK to 4 BHK apartments that provide good value with modern layouts. It includes almost all essential amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, jogging track, kids’ play area, pet park, and 24×7 security. The 4 BHK apartments are priced at around Rs. 3.1 crore, which is a standard considering it is a premium project by a reputed builder like Prestige.

I went to this project in October 2024 with my father and at that time, it was under the pre-launch stage. My father wanted to invest here, so we took all the details of this project. During the sales team informing us about the floor plan, he was impressed. He was like, I will rate them 4.5 out of 5 under his Prestige Southern Star reviews. A few details I remember is there is an awaiting RERA approval. It will rank among the top projects on Bangalore's Begur Road once it is approved. There will be two stages to the development of this largest residential launch. On 42 acres, Phase 1 will include 4,000 flats.

We also asked for the Prestige Southern Star price, on which the sales team said at launch, the base price ranges from 9000 to 9500 per square foot. As RERA was pending, so I asked my father to wait for the approval and then invest here.

Recently, I visited the Prestige Southern Star address with my cousin's brother, as he wants to purchase a 2BHK unit on Begur Road, Bangalore. Seriously, telling you, we were pretty impressed after checking out the location and their floor plan. This premium development on Begur Road by Prestige Group features apartments with 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms spread among tall skyscrapers. 

After hearing this famous and 38+ years of experienced builder, I also planned to give it a thought. I mean, everyone knows about this builder all over India. Till now, they have successfully completed 300+ beautiful projects like Prestige Elysian. On top of that, this builder has an ICRA A+ credit rating and has received a CRISIL DA1+ grade. 

A few issues I found are. 

• This is under pre-launch stage and the Prestige Southern Star possession date is in December 2028, which is late as per my brother’s need.

• When I asked the sales team for the Prestige Southern Star RERA number, they said it’s pending as of now. So, we planned to wait for at least 6 months and then decide.

• Airport: 45 min drive time

• B G Road: 10 min drive time

• Outer Ring Road: 20 min drive time

• Electronic City: 30 min drive time
