is notice period of 1 month applicable or 90days applicable for landlord to give notice to vacate to cancel tenancy agreement ..in my case there was a lock in period of 6months which is completed and the lease was for 2 years with 1 month notice mentioned in agreement..is 1 month notice enough as mentioned in agreement or do i as the landlord have to give tenent 90 days notice period to vacate?
