I also wanted to invest in L&T Rejuve in Mulund last year. I did some digging online and the reviews that I found online raised so many questions in my mind. I came to know that due to the fact that L&T does not actually own the property, the project as a whole is dangerous. Yet I'm not sure these assertions are true. I have acquaintances who have told me that the construction quality of the project is really good and it is equipped with every amenity one can name. I have also heard from people that the sales team of L&T Rejuve is also very cooperative and prompt. But again, possession is somewhere in 2025-2026 so I am not sure if that is the definite date. Before making a decision, I am planning to speak with my lawyer about the matter and confer with estate experts.
