This year, the property prices have gone down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The real estate sector has impacted greatly and hence the property rates have gone down drastically. The property trend in Badlapur is as follows: in 2017 it was Rs 5530/sq ft, in 2019 was Rs 6160/sq ft and currently in 2020 it is Rs 5180/sq ft.
Though the pandemic has hit the real estate sector, I think this is a temporary phase and the market will regain. So if you are planning for long term benefits, it would actually be an excellent idea to invest now.
