The location is so beautiful that you can observe the Yeoor Hills and Ulhas River from there.  Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is also only 31 kms away. 

: Godrej Emerald is offering many amenities such as kid’s play area, cricket pitch, multipurpose play court, swimming pool, amphitheatre, martial arts area, library, etc. For the best experience of urban living, no doubt Godrej Emerald is the best bet. 

Although Godrej Properties is a renowned name in the real estate sector, still some complaints can be seen. So, it is advisable to visit the site and satisfy all your queries before investing.

Are you planning to purchase a flat at the Godrej emerald? Then let me tell you that apart from emphasising on the positive aspects you should also emphasise on the Godrej properties complaints. I would like to share my experience with this project.

The project will continue indefinitely. I reserved a flat in the T2 tower, but the building is still under construction after four years. Customer relationship managers change frequently, and they are unaware of the problems afflicting this project. The only justification given by management is COVID and an unjustifiably showing extension granted by RERA. After Emerald was completed and handed over, other projects in the area were begun. I met with Emerald's project manager and project director several times to try to figure out what was causing the delay, but they, too, seemed to be concealing something and demonstrating their impotence.

Now they are providing the

Godrej Emerald possession date as June 2024. I really hope that it will not be delayed further.

My overall experience was negative, and now my hard-earned money is stuck. Simply said, clients are not receiving construction updates, there is no update on their website, and they continue to receive promotions for their new launch projects in other areas. I really felt sorry for the situation at Godrej Properties. Hence, I thought that I should enlighten other potential buyers with this
