No, modification can’t be done once the OC certificate is issued. It violates the society guidelines. Any further changes after the grant of the OC shall be illegal & unauthorised and the occupant shall be responsible for the changes and shall be liable for prosecution.

Is it allowed to do structural modification in flat like constructing a Balcony after getting OC certificate ?? In our apartment for First floor Balcony is not constructed since the builder said OC won't be obtained. Now that OC has come builder has agreed to do Balcony construction in our first floor Flat. Will it b a problem in future ??
