In my opinion, the project is a synonym for luxury and easy living. Prestige Song of the South is set on approx 33 acres and situated in a location that provides connectivity to other parts of the city. It is set near Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. The exact location of the project is Begur, Begur Main Road, Hobli, Chandrashekarapura Village, Yelenahalli Village, Bengaluru, 560068, Karnataka, India.
Ranging from a one-bedroom apartment to four-bedroom apartments, this project provides a variety of sizes and configurations for everyone. The 1 BHK flats in the project are built in 644 sq ft. On the other hand, 4 BHK is built in 2406 sq ft.
Prestige Song of the South review:
The project has been carefully crafted, some of the available amenities are 24 X 7 state-of-the-art security system, recreational activity centres, and entertainment options eg.gym, tennis court, swimming pool etc.
RCC framed structures have been used for construction, making the high-rise buildings robust and sturdy.
The flooring is done with marble in the bedrooms, foyer, living room, dining room, and corridors.
Separate Passenger elevators and service elevators have been fitted in every apartment block.
Additional features like power backup, CCTV security are also present in each of the towers.
There have been no complaints or prestige song of the south issues reported.
