Install just three-sided false ceilings.
You must install a false ceiling at a height of 10 feet.
Select light or white colors for your false ceiling.
Mirrors on the false ceiling should not be used.
Choose a design that is even and symmetrical.

I am getting my house renovated as per the Vastu to improve the ambiance of my entire space. So, I researched, is false ceiling good as per Vastu? I found mixed opinions: some said it enhances aesthetics, while others believed it could disturb energy balance. No. My Vastu expert told me that correctly designed false ceilings can be beneficial, but they may also disrupt the space element (Akash Tatva) if done incorrectly. He further shared the following tips.
If there are exposed beams, a false ceiling or even a decorative panel can help block negative energy.
Adding cork swastikas on either side of the beam can counteract imbalances.
Two-axis pyramids attached to the beam can absorb unwanted energy and improve harmony.
