Hello Aditya. To answer, are Croma AC good, I’d like to share my recent experience of buying their 1.5 ton 3 star AC. I got it directly from their store last month. See, I would say they are pretty good in terms of the features they offer at the price point, compared to other renowned brands. The AC we got has 7 in 1 convertible feature, which no other AC offers at the same price.
Croma AC Good or Bad?
One of the things that works for us is that Croma is an Indian brand. It comes under Tata Enterprises and that makes the after-sales service really good. As we got it around the time of summer, Croma gave us a comprehensive 5-year service at a lower rate. We don’t need to worry about the gas refill and servicing, as a one-time fee has covered it all till 2030.
In terms of the installation and all they were decent, as we did have a few issues in terms of the quoted price and the delays. But, overall, I’d say that the quality is nice. It hasn’t been a long time, but maybe I’ll come back with a detailed review in a few months.
