Brokers can demand a huge amount of money as they help you connect with landowners. So, it's better to stay away from brokers. Instead, you can try to check out rented properties at NoBroker. Is brokerage calculated on rental amount or rent + maintenance amount? I have negotiated a rental accommodation in Gurgaon. The broker is demanding 50% on rental+ Property maintenance amount for 1 month. What to do?
