Here is the process you can follow:

1. First up, clean the floor well. Use a broom to clear loose dust. Take a wire brush to scrub and remove algae, fungi and moss development. 

2. Next up, you need to apply a self-priming coat after diluting the emulsion with about 30 to 40 percent water.

3. Wait for around 6 to 7 hours before you apply two coats of the Indigo floor coat emulsion, after diluting with water. This will give you a good brushable consistency.

4. Make sure there is no traffic for the next 2 days or until the paint hardens.
