Besides the RERA carpet area, you should also learn about the total build-up area. I would like to mention that the RERA carpet area is:

Carpet area as per RERA = Actual carpet area + Thickness of internal walls 

It is hard to give you an exact number of actual carpet areas but you can directly talk to your builder or check out the brochure to know what is the actual carpet area of the house.
