If you want to remove your old property owner’s name and signature from your patta, then follow the below process:
Go to your nearest Taluk or Village Administration Officer’s (VAO) office.
Ask them for the form to get the name removed.
Mention all the required details without any mistakes.
Submit it.
Also, submit supporting documents like a sale deed, along with any other legal documents.
Get the final receipt.
After that, confirm with the department and make sure that the prior owner's name has been deleted from your Patta document.
