While buying a property, the most important things are the budget and the location of the property. The floor of the property is not much of a concern when compared to other factors. Now, the selection of the floor also depends on the purpose of the purchase but won’t be any difference in the price or rent of the property. The returns on the investment is totally dependent on the UDS (undivided land share - generally the total built-up area).
The only thing that would matter is that the higher floors offer a better and quiet ambience. While the lower floor serves for the ease of access.
