I believe flat in apartments are always great choices over villas because you will get far more facilities there compared to that of the villas. Most importantly, flats are provided with a lot of facilities and you need to pay for them only once apart from the maintenance fee per month. But in villas, you need to take care of a number of things, and have to arrange most of them all by yourself. Not only this, you will need to pay a monthly fee in exchange for the facilities you get and if there is a hype, you cannot even complain. Now if you can solve all your problems at once while buying a flat, why go for villas? However, you need to select which place you want to move in, what sort of atmosphere you want to live in and then only you must opt for your dream home.
