If an IMPS transfer shows as credited but the money is not visible in your account, follow these simple steps:

  1. First, check the transaction status in your bank mobile app or net banking.

  2. If the status shows pending or failed, wait for a few hours. The amount is usually auto-reversed in case of failure.

  3. If the money is still not received after this time, contact your bank’s customer care.

  4. Keep the RRN (reference number), date, and amount ready when you call or raise a complaint.

In most cases, this happens due to a temporary system or processing delay and gets resolved by the bank. Hope you now have a clear understanding of the IMPS amount not received issue.
