Hey there
I would like to tell you that PF withdrawal for house construction can be done only once. If you have already claimed it, you will not be allowed to claim it again. I once asked an uncle, working in a bank: Can PF be withdrawn twice for house construction and got the answer No. You can visit your bank or call their customer service number to verify.
