Since you have transferred a portion of your property to someone with an agreement and an amount of consideration, therefore, legally the ownership gets transferred. So, you have a constraint for obtaining r.o.r. for your property after transferring the portion.

If I have provided a way for an another man's property through my land 8" width through an agreement for certain lakhs, and he has made a concrete slab connecting to my land and his land at the end of the 8" width (road) , do I have a constraint for obtaining the r.o.r for my property, or being an agreement whether it's a particular mention?
