Of course you can become a member irrespective of how many children you have but be sure that your spouse or other family member is not a member of the society committee. As far as I know, you need to enlist your name and if the criterias match, you can become a member but from a single family, there cannot be two society members. It is better to have a talk with the authorities and know further.
