Hi Buddy,
I think if you do not have a birth certificate and school leaving certificate, you can produce any other documents apart from those 2 that can act as age proof, for example, a life insurance copy, class 10 admit card, and so on.
I hope this will not be an issue that will prevent you from obtaining a domicile certificate.
