Adding a new member to the ration card can be done online and offline. From what I know the cost of doing so ranges between Rs.
5 to Rs. 45.It depends on State and Card Type. The cost of issuing new ration cards, duplicate ration cards by the Indian Public Distribution System (PDS) is different.
