Original and copy of electricity bill.
Death certificate of the deceased
Legal heirship certificate
Property selling documents to verify the ownership details.
A copy of the last paid tax receipt
Aadhar Card
An indemnity bond on a stamp paper.
Any other documentation the authorities have requested to submit.
